Dawn has always been involved in the Arts in one capacity or another. As a Master Hair Designer and Master Colorist, she is continuously helping her clients acheive an artistic level of personal beauty. She had already been regularly featuring local artists for many years in her Salon and Boutique (Sculptors, Painters and Jewelery Designers) and decided to get this Art more into the general public view, thus, MISSION: Beautification Project was born.
